'Kyoto Twilight' - Tataki, Kamo and Fun

Delicious seared tuna, plum-wine sorbet, teriyaki duck and naughty green tea chocolate. A four course dinner with flavours, textures and yum yum!

Authentic Japanese Style

Place settings with everything you need to enjoy the full experience of dining in true Japanese style.

Tataki (When available)

Lightly seared tuna dressed with garlic flakes, spring onions and a ponzu sauce.

Served with leek topped with miso sauce.

Tataki  Depending upon Tuna supplies we may have to substitute with seared Westray organic salmon and yuzu pepper.

Kamo (Duck) Teriyaki

Duck breast drizzled with a soy, ginger, honey and mushroom sauce, oven baked and presented on a bed of shaved courgette. 

Served with sticky rice and seasonal green vegetables (asparagus depicted). Garnished with spring onion.

Green Tea fondant au chocolat 

Home-made fondant au chocolat. Soft-centred green tea chocolate and Orkney ice cream. A fun little dessert.  

Served with Green Tea.

Price: 
This evening three course dinner is £39.00 per person for overnight guests.

Subject to a minimum of two people.


Bed and breakfast accommodation is £45.00 to £47.50 per person, per night, with special rates for children and young adults.

Timing:
This dinner is served at 7:30 pm.
