Tataki 

Lightly seared Tuna dressed with fried garlic flakes, spring onions and a ponzu sauce.

Served with leek topped with Miso sauce.










Umeshu Sorbet

Japanese Plum Wine (umeshu) sorbet








Kamo (Duck) Teriyaki

Duck breast drizzled with a soy, ginger, honey and mushroom sauce, oven baked presented on a bed of shaved courgette. 

Served with sticky rice and seasonal green vegetables (asparagus depicted). Garnished with spring onion. 







Green Tea fondant 
au chocolat 

Home--made fondant au chocolat. Soft-centred green tea chocolate and Orkney ice cream. A fun little dessert.

Price: 

This evening, five course dinner is £32.00 per person (excluding bed and breakfast accommodation cost). 

Bed and breakfast accommodation is £45.00 to £47.50 per person, per night, with special rates for children and young adults.

Timing:

This dinner is served at 7:30 pm. 


Bookings: 

All  meals are only available to resident guests at Eastward House and only by advanced booking.
