Served with leek topped with Miso sauce. Umeshu Sorbet Japanese Plum Wine (umeshu) sorbet Teriyaki Beef Lightly marinated in teriyaki sauce, Orkney fillet beef. Served on a bed of zucchini, with sticky rice, shitake mushrooms, asparagus, and drizzled with teriyaki sauce.
